Should your needs change, Hi-tech will recognise the need for flexibility by :

• Adjusting volumes and renegotiating prices accordingly for the balance of the period to reflect more closely the customers requirements, or
• Where relevant, provide the addition of further equipment by varying the price or term of the existing agreement or by making a co-terminus agreement

Comprehensive service

All consumables, labour and preventative maintenance to ensure the machines efficient running throughout its lifetime. Consumables are black toner (unless agreed to be charged extra) developer and drums. Parts supplied for photocopiers are covered by warranty. After the first year this warranty will be renewed annually in advance by invoice at our current rate. Parts supplied for machines not covered by warranty will be charged at the manufacturers recommended price.
